<p>What are the Symptoms of Rheumatoid arthritis?</p>
<p>How do you know which type of arthritis you have? There are certain symptoms present for different types of arthritis. Rheumatoid arthritis symptoms include:</p>
<p>- Paleness<br />
- Appetite loss</p></div>
<div>- Low-grade fever<br />
- Range of motion is limited<br />
- Numbness or Tingling Sensations<br />
- Redness of skin<br />
- Inflammation of skin</div>

<p>Active and Inactive</p>
<p>Rheumatoid arthritis is a form of arthritis that can occur in stages. Rheumatoid arthritis symptoms can be active or inactive. When the symptoms are inactive, the patient is in remission &#8211; and can have long periods of time with no symptoms present.</p>
<p>Signs of a flare-up can include:</p>

<p>For obese teens, additional counseling is often recommended by doctors who are trying to establish the reason for a teen&#8217;s weight problem. Clearly, overeating is the core problem but for teens the reason for weight gain may be more complex.</p>
<p>Obesity can have many causes:</p>
<p>* family problems<br />
* peer problems<br />
* low self esteem<br />
* depression<br />
* lack of exercise<br />
* poor food choices<br />
* overeating due to emotional problems<br />
* family history (genetic link)<br />
* steroids and some medications used to treat emotional problems<br />
* medical problems such as thyroid disease<br />

Some teens are just lazy and eat what they like when they want. Truly obese teens usually have contributing factors but whether these cause the obesity or are cause by the obese lifestyle is not clearly established.</p>
<p>Overweight teens are often motivated to lose weight but the desire for instant results and quick weight loss can be self defeating. Teen weight loss camps are effective in helping teens set realistic goals and develop a nutritional and exercise plan that will fit into their lifestyle. These camps also address the emotional aspects of teen weight loss.</p>
<p>With counseling, teens can identify their eating triggers and learn to avoid them. A teen who binges when his parents are fighting with each other can learn an alternative behavior that will release the emotions he feels without resorting to food.</p>
<p>Lack of exercise and poor food choices are problems that can be corrected to provide weight loss for teens. Parents play a huge role by providing healthy eating choices in the home and by demonstrating healthy nutrition with their own eating choices. There are families where teen weight loss plans are sabotaged by a well meaning parent afraid their teen will not eat enough. Dieting is not easy at any time but especially difficult for an obese teen with a parent urging him to eat more or providing favorite high calorie foods. Is this parent truly worried about starvation of their child? Of course not. They have emotional or control issues of their own or an obese parent may feel threatened their teen is doing something they have not been able to do themselves.</p>
<p>Teens who learn to identify the emotional triggers that cause them to overeat are more likely to succeed in their weight loss effort. Using the substitution method, a teen who is anxious or nervous may go for a run or do 20 sit-ups instead of reaching for the donuts when he becomes anxious.</p>
<p>Boredom is one of the common reasons for overeating according to teens. Boredom isn&#8217;t an emotion &#8211; it&#8217;s a lack of enthusiasm often expressed by teens accustomed to others providing entertainment for them. Obese teens use emotional terms to explain overeating. They will say they eat because they are mad, sad, depressed, bored, lonely, etc. Substituting other behaviors for eating when those triggers occur may help teens conquer their weight problems.</p></div>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>If you want to eat it&#8217;s possible to be very creative and find all sorts of reasons for overeating. These reasons are, of course, excuses. But sometimes we find ourselves in situations where it is very difficult to eat as healthily as we&#8217;d like.</p>
<p>Here are some practical tips for dealing with common dieting difficulties:</p>
<p>Diet Difficulty #1 &#8211; I have to go away on business</p>
<p>Work out the meals where you can be good and the meals where it is not worth trying. If you are having a celebration meal at the end of a course or project that&#8217;s not the evening to go on your lettuce-leaf-only fast. But when it comes to the hotel breakfast you really don&#8217;t need a huge fry up (complete with fried bread and black pudding) every day. Be good at breakfast, choose the muesli or fruit and yogurt so that it fits in with your diet plan!</p>
<p>Diet Difficulty #2 &#8211; It&#8217;s a celebration</p>
<p>Whether business or personal, you don&#8217;t have to be a misery at celebratory meals. It&#8217;s okay for you to let your diet slip FOR THIS MEAL ONLY. It does not give you permission to abandon healthy eating forever. Do what the slim people do &#8211; overeat slightly when celebrating then be sensible the next day.</p>
<p>And you don&#8217;t have to have chocolate pudding when you&#8217;ve already had two courses and a pre-dinner drink and wine. Then there&#8217;s the coffee and liqueur and the little minty chocolate that comes with the coffee. Enjoy your meal, but the world will not end if you don&#8217;t have all of these little (calorific) extras, so be aware of what you actually want to eat.</p>
<p>Diet Difficulty #3 &#8211; I&#8217;m visiting my in-laws/parent/boss</p>
<p>The same rules as for the celebration meal. But you also have to consider the hidden agendas here. If you have a &#8220;helpful&#8221; relative encouraging you to have &#8220;another helping, dear&#8221; or who says &#8220;only one won&#8217;t hurt&#8221; be prepared for this. Think of what you are going to say if you genuinely are tempted but want to stick to your diet. Practice rubbing your full stomach, saying &#8220;I couldn&#8217;t possibly, that was delicious&#8221; with a look of satisfied-but-full on your face. You may want to practice this in front of the mirror so you can act the part well &#8211; and when you do it for real, it may turn out to be true.</p>
<p>If they persist, you can escalate the acting and look pained if they suggest second helpings. This is a bit trickier with the boss, who may insist on second helpings. Inwardly remind yourself that you are too nervous to enjoy it and only a tiny second helping is needed. Here the social situation is a lot more difficult to decipher than the dietary one, so go carefully!</p>
<p>Diet Difficulty #4 &#8211; I feel like it/deserve it/have been looking forward to it</p>
<p>This is more the realm of emotional eating than dieting. If you really have been looking forward to a food and it consistently sabotages your diet efforts you&#8217;ll need to take a look at why this should be so. But in the short term, when you have that treat, savour every mouthful, taste it, enjoy it and ask yourself to stop when you have had enough. If you can discover how to listen to your body it will tell you.</p>
<p>Diet Difficulty #5 &#8211; It&#8217;s not the meals, it&#8217;s the snacks</p>
<p>A lot of snacking is situational. Do you always have the crisps/chips when you settle down to watch TV? Do you have to pick up that chocolate on the way home for work (every night)? Is it obligatory to taste the children&#8217;s food when cooking dinner? Has that large glass of wine you have while preparing supper become an essential part of the meal?</p>
<p>These are merely habits, and they can be dealt with effectively. Taking another route home from work; preselecting some low calorie snacks (choose them when you are not hungry, to be eaten later); take up knitting while you watch TV (melted chocolate and knitting do not go well together); cut down on TV time and do some exercise. These are just some of the ways you can counteract habits so think now of what you can do differently to get away from you bad food habits.</p>

<p>Diabetes Types:</p>

<p>A tanning bed is a device or gadget that is commonly used by tanning salons. It is literally a bed made of Plexiglas and the client lies on the bed while getting his tan from lighting fixtures producing ultraviolet rays that does not only cause tanning but also burning. Most salon owners however claim they have switched to tanning beds that now emit ultra violet lighting that are considered safe. However, there are sectors who claim that while such long wave rays do not cause burning, they can damage a person’s immune system and can result to a condition called malignant melanoma.<span id="more-406"></span></p>
<p>Experts however claim that just like the sun’s rays, tanning gadgets that are used indoors are also harmful to the body. The principle behind the tanning process is proof that getting tanned even while indoors also poses a risk to your health. A person gets tanned skin because his skin creates a coloring as a protection against the burning caused by the ultraviolet rays.  A person who is regularly exposed to ultra violet rays can be prone to early skin wrinkling and get eye injury. The worse thing that could happen is the possibility of getting skin cancer like basal cell and melanoma</p>
<p>While the emphasis has been place don the possibility of getting skin cancer, a person who frequently uses tanning beds can also put his retina and cornea, both very important eye parts, at risk. <p>If you cannot avoid using tanning beds, then you should at least try to protect yourself from getting the possible health hazards by following some safety measures. Remember that when you start the habit of tanning early on in life, you also increase the injury that would be suffered by your skin. To minimize this, always set a timer for yourself when undergoing tanning in a salon. No matter what the salon operator said about your tanning hours, you should always make sure that you are only exposed to the tanning bed for a limited time.</p>
<p>No matter what the salon operator say about the safety of the tanning bed, always wear protective goggles to keep your eyes safe. The wearing of public goggle sin saunas or salon however pose another problem which is eye irritation due to bacteria so make sure the goggles are sanitized before you use them.</p>
<p>Too much exposure to ultraviolet radiation can worsen lupus and diabetes so if you are afflicted with these diseases then you should avoid the use of tanning beds. Since exposure to regular sunlight cannot be totally avoided, it is best to wear SPF or sunscreens. The numbers on the sunscreen indicate the time you can stay under the sun without getting burned.</p>
<p>Despite the dangers attributed to the use of tanning beds, people still buy this product because of the convenience it offers. With a tanning bed, you no longer have to hurry and drive to the salon or to wait for your turn in salon tanning beds. If the usage of this product cannot be avoided, then you should be responsible enough to get as minimal exposure from the ultraviolet rays, whether it is shortwave or long wave.</p>

The reasons of this change are different, from the most common ones, like the boredom which intervenes at a certain time, to health problems.</p>
<p>It is well-known that body building training of anaerobic type is very demanding. In most of the cases, the aerobic programs are avoided because sportsmen are afraid of losing muscular mass.</p>
<p>Another disadvantage of body building trainings is the fact that sportsmen have to work a lot with their chest blocked, in apnea, because of the great weights they use for increasing their muscles.</p>
<p>The respiratory blocking during the force effort is also known as the Valsalva phenomenon and it was initially studied in the case of weightlifters. Applying this technique can have as consequences, in time, rising of blood pressure, low blood feedback through the veins, varicous veins, etc. It is obvious that because of the ageing process, the blood veins become more rigid, a process favored by the arteriosclerosis which appears to younger and younger people. The elasticity of the walls of these blood vessels decreases, so while making force effort with really heavy weights, the sportsmen are in danger of having a stroke, because the vessels can break. This risk is much smaller in fitness.The weights used in this sport are small or medium, because the purpose of doing this sport is not a spectacular hypertrophy of the muscles, but fortifying, putting into relief and reshaping the muscles.</p>
<p>Another advantage of fitness is a richer and more varied area of exercises, inspired from the complex training of body building but also of many other sports. For example, we find in fitness plyometrics exercises used in athletics, gymnastics, weightlifting, fight sports, etc. These programs have as consequence the forming of much more functional muscles, which can cope with demanding situations in real life, not only with posing during body building contests.</p>
<p>Because there is no obsession for muscles, aerobic training can be introduced in the programs. Its advantages are: making the blood vessel walls more elastic, decreasing cholesterol and making excellent prophylaxis of cardiovascular diseases.</p>
<p>Time is another factor which must be considered. While in body building the simplest divided program requires a minimum of four weekly trainings, in fitness, where all or most of the muscle groups are exercised during one training, three non-consecutive days a week are enough. The aerobic exercises can be done either in the free days, or additional to the training in the gym, in this case the total time of training being of one hour and a half at most.</p>
<p>Passing from body building to fitness does not have as consequence significant loss of muscular mass, even if the volume of the muscles is diminished. Anyway, the fortifying and relief of the muscles are not lost. This small loss is fully compensated by the advantages of practicing much more complex exercises and, why not admit, much safer for the health of the people.</p>
