I know that the normal fasting level is 110 and under. but i am wondering what it should be through out the day while i am checking it about an hour after i eat. i had gestational diabetes and was told to monitor it after wards but was not told what the normal levels were.

I have type II and I take glyburide. She said if it’s over 250 to call her, but 170 after 4 hours of food is above normal!!!
She said NOT to exercise if it’s high.

With her machine she has to prick her finger and put blood sample on strip, to read. Well she had dropped her machine in the sink with water, now every timee she turns it on it reads E6. She does not have the instruction manual and she dropped it with the machine in the case.

He said it won’t really affect the test. So I had two egg whites, half a sausage, a slice of cheddar cheese, and water. The results for my glucose test came back as 91. Did the breakfast affect the results? I had breakfast at 8:30 and took the blood test at 9:10. Wouldn’t it take a while for the food to digest?
