<p>But take heart, you can reach your muscle mass and fat burning goals. Putting together a program that incorporates the following body building tips will point you in the right direction and get you making gains you hadn&#8217;t thought were possible. Tried and True Body Building Tips Train Intensely &#8211; You must work each set until you can&#8217;t do another repetition in good form. There is no point in stopping at a set number of reps (such as 8), if you are capable of doing 12. Your body needs to be challenged or it will not adapt by building new muscle or burning off body fat. Cycle Your Intensity -</p>
<p>In order to prevent burnout and overtraining from training intensely, it&#8217;s important to take a week off from training every 8 &#8211; 12 weeks. If, like me, you can&#8217;t stay out of the gym that long, you should train for a week at a very low intensity level. Train Briefly &#8211; Your workouts need to be short. This is a very important weight lifting tip. You should never need to do a weight lifting routine that takes over an hour.</p>
<p>If you are in the gym that long, you aren&#8217;t working intensely enough. You can workout hard or long, but you can not do both. And to succeed in building muscle, you need to workout hard. Train Infrequently &#8211; Your body needs time to recover from your weight training routine, so that in can adapt and grow. If you train with weights before your body is completey recovered, you won&#8217;t add new muscle and will eventually over train, a big no no. <strong><a rel="nofollow" onclick="javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('/outgoing/article_exit_link');" rel="external nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://tinyurl.com/ygz2rbd">Muscle Building Tips</a></strong></p>
<p>These are extremely important body building tips. It seems that your body&#8217;s potential for strength increases far outweighs your body&#8217;s ability to recover. What this means is that as you grow stronger, your body needs more time between weight training sessions in order to recover. After another month, begin training to failure on all working sets and consider only weight training two times per week to accomodate the higher level of intensity and strengh that you&#8217;ve developed. <p>Squats need an immense amount of discipline and willpower to be done correctly. </p>

<p>Due to their high level of difficulty, they force your body to release higher amounts of important anabolic hormones like testosterone and growth hormone, packing on more size and strength to your lower body than any other exercise for muscle building. </p>

<p>Removing hair from the chest area is done with a pulsed light laser. The laser targets melanin in the ha<span id="more-512"></span>ir, travels down the hair shaft and causes damage to the hair follicle by the heat produced. This prevents the hair from growing. The hair follicle is not destroyed however so there is a chance the hair will grow back over time.</p>
<p>The dark pigment in the hair attracts the light so if you have hair with none of this pigment or very little this method is probably not for you. This includes men with fair, white or red hair. The method works the best on men with dark hair and light skin. If you have dark skin with a lot of melanin the laser may be attracted to the skin rather than the pigment in the hair and cause some reddening, pain and even blistering.</p>
<p>As the follicle is not completely destroyed it is possible that the hair will grow again. This is unlikely to happen for a very long time if at all so there may be some growth reoccurring eventually. Men grow thicker hair as they age so treatments may need to be undertaken occasionally to take care of this.</p>
<p>For the chest laser hair removal is best used to thin out thick growth rather than to leave the skin completely bare. The method has been approved by the FDA for &#8216;hair reduction&#8217; not &#8216;hair removal&#8217;. For the large area of the chest the method is particularly suitable as it can cope with large areas in a short time. Unlike electrolysis which targets individual hairs and consequently takes a great deal of time laser hair removal works on many hairs at once so it is more suitable for large areas.</p>
