Most folks with liver cancer will usually go into a coma prior to dying as the levels of toxicity rise due to failure of the organ affected. Her kidneys are working overtime and this will also be one of the reasons as the kidneys do eventually shut down as well. Sorry to hear the news....I am a hepper to even though my HCV is cured. I do have a chance tho of still developing liver cancer. My sympathies. Just be there for her regardless of her health, coma ect....the last thing to go is the hearing. HUGS.
