Healthy weight loss while breast feeding?I have a 1 month old and am breast feeding. I would like to slowly start losing some of those extra pounds of fat I put on while pregnant and was wondering what was a safe rate of weight loss while breast feeding. To lose weight I plan on focusing on eating especially healthy (no junk), and going on stroller walks.
